Job Description




As a Security Officer Armed Financial Patrol in Oklahoma City, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at financial institution locations. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires both armed and driving capabilities, offering a dynamic environment where your commitment to teamwork, reliability, and integrity will shine.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points within the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or breaches of policy.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local law enforcement as required in the event of incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
  • Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions specific to financial institution locations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
