The Role in Brief:

Associate Director, Seramount Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative (CDOC)

The Associate Director will develop and maintain deep, actionable understanding of the "voice of the market" in Seramount's Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative (CDOC) product. CDOC is an executive leadership forum with over 150 members from leading global companies who partner with Seramount to advance thought leadership and impact through culture and inclusion in global businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions. In its fourth year, Seramount CDOC is at an exciting phase of growth and impact, with a 2026 theme of "Leading New Frontiers in Inclusion: Activating Culture, Talent, and Innovation for Impact," hosting convenings bringing together leading global companies in the US and the UK, among other locations.

You will also interact closely with Seramount's product teams in setting research agendas, evolving product design, and perfecting partner use cases for Seramount product content and services. This position works closely day-to-day with the leaders of Seramount advisory, insights, relationship management, and events to ensure our partnership delivers a set of relevant, competitive, and measurably impactful services to current and prospective partners. This role serves as liaison to Seramount sales & account management leaders, ensuring those teams have what they need to achieve ambitious growth via new research partnerships and strong renewal performance.

The position will report to the Managing Director, Seramount CDOC. This position is also posted at the Director level; candidates are being considered at both levels for the current opening. This hire may be based in Washington, DC; Richmond, VA; or open to remote candidates within the continental U.S. This position may require occasional travel (10-20%) to events or conferences.

Primary Responsibilities:

Program Curation and Delivery Management



  • Play key lead role on ideation, management, and delivery of CDOC in-person convenings (7-8x/year), professional development offerings, and virtual convenings (8x/year), bringing together senior executives from over 150 leading global companies in thought leadership forums
  • Partner with Seramount insights and CDOC clients to stay current on key culture, inclusion, and workforce trends and best practices relating to all dimensions of difference (gender, LGBTQ+, race/ethnicity, disabilities, neurodiversity, socio-economic inclusion, intersectionality, etc.)
  • Provide subject matter expertise for partner-facing programs, including design of offerings to maximize impact and corporate partner engagement
  • Liaise with Seramount insights, advisory, relationship directors, and new logos teams as needed to maximize the partner experience and success for all CDOC programs


Executive-Level Collateral Development



  • Develop and manage distribution of collateral, executive briefings, presentation materials, and content, including capabilities and partner presentation decks
  • Manage CDOC deliverables including creating, editing, and quality checks for written and data-based deliverables
  • Identify new opportunities to support partner culture and inclusion priorities through curated content and research


Partner Engagement and Relationship Management



  • Address and direct partner queries relating to Seramount offerings to appropriate internal Seramount delivery teams
  • Support prospect campaign and meeting themes to direct marketing efforts recommending new go-to-market approaches (e.g., bundles) and enhancement of the CDOC value proposition
  • Serve as a conduit to collect and share market feedback from partners back into Seramount: make recommendations for upcoming projects, inform deliverables/impact planning with ongoing offerings, etc.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of post-graduate professional work experience
  • Thoughtful, creative, and proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication
  • Concrete understanding of culture & inclusion strategies, metrics, and the correlation to implementing significant organizational impact in the workforce, workplace, and marketplace
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels in the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Ability to utilize both research and insights to deliver recommendations and solutions
  • Proven analytic skills and ability to translate market findings into commercial strategy and product innovations
  • Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement and/or change management
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, follow through, and work independently as well as within a highly collaborative team structure
  • Demonstrated ownership of and accountability towards business goals
  • Demonstrated consultative approach and commitment to our partners' success
  • Experience preparing workshops and formal presentations to external stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $77,500 - $105,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
