In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding a mechanical engineering team focused on building advanced hardware. You will manage a pivotal program for next-generation hardware components, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. This position offers a unique chance to interface with various stakeholders, drive key initiatives, and contribute directly to the creation of products that redefine user experiences.

**What You'll Do:**

* Interface with internal stakeholders on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.

* Drive program and project schedules, providing regular status reports.

* Create and/or review multiple functional specifications, informing critical decisions on product or service implementation.

* Provide technical and analytical information to product leadership.

* Organize cross-functional activities, ensuring programs are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Proven experience in the technology industry, demonstrating strong tenure and consistent career progression.

* Ability to interface effectively with various stakeholders on technical and business issues.

* Experience driving program and project schedules and delivering status reports.

* Capability to create and/or review functional specifications for product or service implementation.

* Skilled in providing technical and analytical information to product leadership.

* Adept at organizing cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A background in mechanical engineering is preferred.
