Are you driven by the challenge of anticipating executive needs and thriving in fast-paced environments? As an Executive Assistant, you will support the SVP & GM of Spectrum Networks, based in out Stamford CT HQ. You will provide high-level support to senior leaders by managing schedules, correspondence and special projects, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective communication across the organization. Your expertise will be vital to maintaining efficiency and upholding Spectrum's professional standards.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate executive schedules, travel arrangements and appointments to optimize productivity
  • Manage incoming communications, including emails, calls and visitors, while prioritizing key issues for executive attention
  • Prepare executives for events and engagements by gathering information and assisting with presentations and speeches
  • Organize and produce complex documents using various office technologies and software applications
  • Safeguard confidential information and data while maintaining accurate records
  • Plan and execute comprehensive event logistics including attendee coordination, information flow, and on-site arrangements
  • Oversee selected administrative functions and provide support as requested by leadership

Working Conditions

Office environment with the ability to remain seated for extended periods

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience

Experience

3+ years of executive administration experience

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects and tasks efficiently
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication
  • Sound judgment, initiative and ability to accomplish job duties independently
  • Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

Skills

  • Knowledge of cable television products and services
  • Familiarity with organization policies and practices
