As a Security Guard - Healthcare Patrol Driver in LINCOLN, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and utilize technology to support your duties. This is a driving position. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with facility protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in a timely and accurate manner according to site requirements.
• Collaborate with facility staff and emergency personnel as required during incidents and/or drills.
• Remain alert to potential security-related concerns and report them promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
