As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, interacting with tenants and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the office complex and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor the premises for any suspicious behavior or potential hazards, promptly reporting findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences during the shift.
• Collaborate with property management and other team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for tenants and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
