As a Security Guard - Full Time in Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with the public, providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the mall or retail environment to help to deter unauthorized access and security-related concerns.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist with crowd control and provide guidance to visitors and tenants as needed within the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
