As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and coordinate security-related activities, support access control, and communicate with team members to help to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents and activities within the healthcare location.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents, emergencies, and service calls as needed, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and responses.
• Provide customer service by assisting staff, visitors, and/or patients with security-related concerns or information requests.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating when appropriate.
• Work closely with on-site security personnel to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external emergency services as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
