As a Security Officer - Front Desk Monitor in Glendale, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a dynamic location, helping to create a welcoming environment while monitoring access and assisting visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with emergency personnel and assisting with evacuation procedures if needed.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, serving as a point of contact for inquiries related to security-related matters.
• Report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
