YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record 3+ years of project management or PMO experience managing multiple workstreams Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc) Proven ability to work with and coach diverse teams across the organization Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to sustain performance through complex transformations Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues.
