Position:Automation Test Engineer

We're looking for an Automation Test Engineer to be in charge of Software deployment and testing of real time applications for NextGeneration 911 solutions.

Job Description

Develop and execute automated test suites to validate different 911 calls flows and feature requirements

Configure cloud based telecommunications servers to strategically route and manage emergency phone calls.

Debug system issues in a cloud UC environment, resolving them swiftly to minimize downtime.

Onboard new customers by implementing customer information into a UC environment.

Gather requirements and provisioned on-site workstations for smooth production operations

Analyze test results and follow up with architects, development and product owners as needed.

Program in Powershell, Java, AutoHotKey and C or C++

Requirements

3 - 5 years of experience

Expert level in Linux and Windows OS as well as Virtualization technologies such as VMWare.

Google Cloud deployment

Experience with call handling automation tools such as Katalon.

Experience on Programming in Powershell, Java, AutoHotKey and C or C++ required.

Expert experience with VoIP protocols such as SIP, WebRTC.

Expert experience using different tooling to analyze both signalling and RTP traffic such as Wireshark, PCAP.
