Position Summary Reporting to the General Manager, the Division Operation Manager is accountable for all operations within the Instrumentation Products Division (5 manufacturing locations, approximately 275 office and production personnel) and responsible for achieving the results identified by the corporate WIN Strategy and Division long term Strategy Deployment goals. Leads a team of empowered team members to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations. Provide leadership for all Division operating facilities. Coordinate cross-functional activities that may include any or all functional departments. This position is directly responsible for manufacturing operations and is expected to interact with current and prospective customers and distributors and all levels of division personnel. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: Provides leadership for operation employees. Coordinates cross-functional activities that may include any or all of the following: Sales & Marketing, Design Engineering, Applications Engineering, Inventory Control and Production. The Instrumentation Products Division provides highly engineered pressure and temperature process control instrumentation and systems. These range from compression tube fittings, cone and thread fittings, needle valves, ball valves, compact stream switching valves to modular process to instrument valve packages.
