Position Summary The Supplier Performance Manager is responsible for developing & executing a comprehensive approach to effective supplier performance management that ensures suppliers meet/exceed contractual obligations, scorecards, and key performance indicators - SLISC, SRPPM, PCI, WADPO. Will collaborate and support Strategic Sourcing Team on supplier selection, development, and relationship management process. SCOPE/SUPERVISION AND INTERACTION: ____ Has Direct Reports __X__ Does Not Have Direct Reports Position will report to the Division Supply Chain Manager. Will work directly with the internal staff and outside suppliers. Must have the ability to collaborate with people at a cross-functional level. Position requires the ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and suppliers.
