**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in-office at our Chicago location**

We are looking for anEnterprise Program Managerto lead and executelarge-scale PIM, MDM, and multi-domain data implementations, while developingbest-in-class delivery processes, governance models, and operational performance metrics (KPIs).

This role is accountable forend-to-end program execution, includingenterprise customer implementations, complex integrations, partner/SI coordination, and delivery team leadership. The Program Manager will drivecontinuous improvement, operational excellence, and predictable delivery outcomes, ensuring strong collaboration acrossImplementation, Operations, Partners, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

The Program Manager will overseemultiple concurrent enterprise implementations, lead delivery teams, manage scope and change control, and ensurestandard operating procedures, estimation discipline, and governance frameworksare consistently applied.

The ideal candidate bringsstrong leadership, execution rigor, and data-first thinking, with the ability tooperateacross organizational levels, manage complexity with urgency, and advocate forquality, data integrity, and accountabilityacross all delivery processes.

HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY



  • Enterprise Program Execution

    • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise PIM/MDM and multi-domain implementations from planning through go-live and stabilization
    • Manage multiple parallel programs and workstreams, ensuring alignment across people, process, data, and technology
    • Maintain strong control of program plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery health


  • Integration & Technical Coordination

    • Oversee complex integration landscapes, including ERP, commerce platforms, syndication networks, data lakes, vendor portals, and downstream systems
    • Work closely with Solution Architects, Integration Leads, Engineering teams, customer IT, and SIs to define scope, sequencing, and testing
    • Proactively manage integration dependencies, risks, and cross-team handoffs


  • System Integrator (SI) & Partner Management

    • May lead delivery coordination with System Integrators and implementation partners across onshore/offshore models
    • Define and enforce clear roles, responsibilities, and RACI across internal teams and partners
    • Hold SI teams accountable for scope, timelines, quality, and governance adherence
    • Act as the escalation point for partner performance and delivery risks


  • Estimation, Scope & Change Control

    • Own project estimation (effort, cost, timelines, resourcing) during planning, presales support, and change events
    • Establish and enforce scope control and structured change management processes
    • Actively manage scope creep, change requests, and impact analysis across cost, timeline, and resources
    • Partner with commercial, sales, and finance teams to ensure delivery commitments are realistic and executable


  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

    • Maintain adherence to operating efficiency, quality standards, and customer service goals
    • Define, implement, and track KPIs, operational metrics, and delivery performance dashboards
    • Lead customer business process reengineering initiatives to improve quality, timeliness, scalability, and project cost control
    • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (example Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to improve productivity and data delivery outcomes


  • Team Leadership

    • Lead Enterprise Project and Program Management across multiple PIM/MDM implementations
    • Coach Program Managers, Project Managers, Implementation Leads, and delivery teams
    • Build a high-performance, accountable delivery culture
    • Strengthen troubleshooting, problem resolution, and escalation management capabilities across teams


  • Stakeholder & Customer Management

    • Work closely with Customers, Partners, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and transparency
    • Communicate effectively with enterprise customers on delivery status, risks, and improvement opportunities
    • Translate complex data and technology challenges into clear, actionable outcomes

  • Bachelor's degreerequired
  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record in enterprise program management, data operations, or implementation leadership
  • Strong experience managing PIM, MDM, or complex data-centric enterprise implementation programs
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and SI/partner-led delivery
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise, and growth-oriented environment
  • Strong program execution, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Above-average analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Highly comfortableand passionate about technology, data platforms, and integrations

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.
