Your Tasks

  • Provide daytoday leadership to the team, including performance reviews, attendance oversight, and overall wellbeing management.
  • Support effective scheduling and resource allocation to meet quality targets and project timelines.
  • Build team capability through structured onboarding, training plans, and continuous skills assessment.
  • Ensure all resources, equipment, and documentation are prepared for the timely start of testing activities.
  • Deliver accurate, highquality test reports in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, including report leadtimes, error logging, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Teams to resolve technical questions and support client needs for current and upcoming projects.
  • Participate in capital equipment assessments and contribute to new service development initiatives.
  • Uphold quality and accreditation requirements, promptly addressing any noncompliances or audit findings.
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to support project success and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and train OTA technical and administrative staff to maintain team competency and support ongoing development.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience within OTA testing.
  • Strong proficiency in RF disciplines and antenna/RF measurement principles.
  • Handson experience with active and passive antenna testing.
  • Ability to manage complex OTA test projects in a fastpaced technical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and support highperforming teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Expertise in CTIA OTA Test Methodology, including familiarity with working groups, test plans, and audit requirements.
  • Experience managing ISO 17025 quality documentation and CTIA technical requirements.
  • Preferred:

    • Knowledge of 3GPP and ETSI standards.
    • Ability to make CAPEX recommendations based on industry developments and future technology trends.
    • Balanced technical judgment combined with commercial awareness.

Additional Information


  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $130,000 - 170,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.

  • This role is based in an accredited laboratory environment and may require flexibility in working hours depending on project demands.
