Content Analytics Manager, Marketing Operations & Platforms, U.S.

This role is critical to driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence within GSK. The position will focus on discovering and evaluating new AI tools to improve content review, managing AI metrics and reporting dashboards, and leading direct reports to evaluate and deliver best-in-class reporting frameworks. By leading and working

collaboratively across teams and leveraging technologies, this role is empowered within the organization to identify innovative actionable insights while also supporting the opportunity to influence data-driven strategies and optimize operational processes.

The role will work across the Enterprise Promotional Review Community and with outside agencies and vendors.

The ideal candidate will combine strong people leadership skills with technical expertise, analytical skills and a collaborative mindset to drive measurable impact across the organization.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and optimize dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs, analyze data for stakeholders linked to the promotional review process, and collaborate with business partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Responsible to support AI and analytics tools, ensuring their accuracy, compliance, and integration with business.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of metrics with organizational goals.
  • Maintenance of business systems related to analytics and reporting, e.g., Smartsheet, serving as the main contact for upgrades and improvements while ensuring data integrity and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, build reports, and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and relevant information.
  • Acts as collection point for AI tool issues escalation to Director, Promotional Review & Content Platforms, assessing issues, diagnosing, and troubleshooting problems, collaborating with teams and vendors, and implementing preventive measures to minimize disruptions.
  • Lead team in the creation and maintenance of essential standard guidance documents to drive effectiveness in the Promotional Review Processes, e.g., Warehouse Material Numbers/GMM Codes, Uploading Unformatted PIs to Content Lab
  • Monitor and report on agency performance for the accurate delivery of the Content Lab LARA Attachment for compliance with Agency Partnership.

Leading your team:

  • Reprioritize work, as needed. Enable others to do their job well by communicating information and making decisions in a clear, timely manner.
  • Develop key performance metrics for her/his direct reports to ensure they are consistent with the overall plans for the function and that these metrics promote cohesive and integrated planning with the department / across U.S. Commercial holistically.
  • Provide direct reports with appropriate coaching, mentoring and development.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Excel
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, AI tool management, or systems oversight roles.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a large organization with responsibility for influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to data and AI tools.
  • Experience using Smartsheet or related Work Collaboration Tools.
  • Experience in Project Management including planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a pharma or life sciences domain
  • Interest in and competent with graph data/ontologies, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and human/computer interaction
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals, status, and issues upwards and across the organization.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform at exacting standards with limited supervision.
