Role Summary

The Transformation Principal leads strategic modernization engagements using Insight'sRadiusfor Devicesassessmentmethodology. You will guide clients through an accelerated assessment of theirendusercompute ecosystem-conducting process interviews, gap analysis, evaluating their people, processes, tools, and spaces-to deliver clear,datadrivenrecommendations and atransformationroadmapto executives.

The Transformation Principal serves as the strategic leader responsible for delivering Insight'sNorth Starframeworkforendusercompute (EUC) ecosystems. This role blends advisory, program leadership,datadrivenanalysis,project management, problem solvingandan EUC workshopto help clients modernize device lifecycle operations, improveenduserexperience, reduce cost,drive transformation, and align technology capabilities with business goals.

You will guide clients through the full RADIUS journey -Discover,Analyzeand Report-leadingcrossfunctionalteams to producehighimpacttransformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Insight Brand internally and externally

  • Stay current on IT, EUC, and device lifecycle trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies to inform recommendations.

  • Perform market and competitive research to develop client and competitor narratives using sales input, client feedback, and defined market problem statements.

  • Provideexpert advisory guidance on IT strategy, architecture, and technology trends to senior leaders and clients.

  • Facilitate client kick offs meetings, process interviews, findings and recommendations workshops and present executive read outs

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments ofclientsenduser compute environments, understanding their current processes,identifyinggapsand analyzing data.

  • Identifyand define keyopportunity areas withinthe customer'sEUC environmentand processes. Analyze root causes and their impacts on business operations.

  • Deliver executive level readouts by owning the final recommendation story line, strategicframingand C-suite messaging.

  • Ensure recommendations align to client roadmaps and organizational realities, adjusting messaging based on stakeholder readiness.

  • Develop data driven Insights and recommendations.

  • Produceactionable findings, pain points, risks, and wants basedon quantitative data and qualitative feedback

  • Collaborate withcross-functional teamsand partners to design and build offeringsand solutions.

  • Design detailed programs for the implementation of recommended solutions. Create project plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful deployment.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure alignment,define project scope, and secure buy-in for proposed solutions.

  • Ability toidentifybusiness value and/or create a total cost of ownership document

What you'll need to join Insight

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology or related field preferred.

  • 3 or more years of experience in a Strategic Role, or EUC Management and or similar roles focused on assessments, offerings, and/or solution development for clients.

  • 3 or more years of technology experience, business analyst experience, presales for service offerings, and/or experience at industry peer (or OEM).

  • 3 or more years of experience with services from an integrator, channel provider, MSP, or OEM provider within similar industry as Insight; competent understand channel services and MSP providers.

  • Understanding ofproduct/offering lifecycle approach

  • Executivereadycommunication, storytelling, and influence skills.

  • Skilled facilitator of workshops, process mapping, andfindingssessions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and guide diverse stakeholder groups toward shared outcomes.

  • Proven ability to drive multiweek transformation engagements.

  • Strong project management andcrossfunctionalleadership capabilities.

  • Experience building strategic roadmaps and presenting to executives.

  • Additionalexperiencerequiredin operationalizing delivery, presales and sales, marketing, and/or service delivery

  • Provenexpertiseinidentifyingand resolving complexDevice Lifecycleissues.

  • Proficiencyin a wide range of IT technologies

  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Public speaking and presenting

  • Strong communicationskills

  • Ability to communicate complex business messaging with industry analysts

  • Experience with analytical,data-basedapproaches

  • Ability to travel
