Summary:

The Scheduling System Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining provider scheduling templates within Epic. This role ensures alignment with strategic and operational goals, supports standardization across scheduling dictionaries, and provides analytical insights to leadership on access and template performance.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare operations, ambulatory access management, or scheduling systems required
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong problem-solving skills; Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Epic Cadence)
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
