Here's what you'd do:

  • As a Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our prestigious training academy.
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of certificate training programs conducted by the client's Academy.
  • This includes managing participant registrations, facilitating trainings, preparing training materials, and ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the client's Academy team, including maintaining training records, managing course evaluations, and preparing reports.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries from participants, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of the office and training rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and equipped with necessary resources.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address any facility-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training participants, including their contact details, attendance records, and training history.
  • Maintaining the Learning Management System with scheduled courses.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all training-related data.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $23.34/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week - 1st shift.

Length: Temp (7 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Business or Communications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a training or educational setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with database management software.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of event planning and logistics coordination.
