* Ensure a dedicated phone line with the jack located in the same work area as the computer.

* Be prepared to report to the office for mandatory training, team meetings, or in the event of technical difficulties at home, with travel time and mileage being unpaid and missed time requiring makeup within the same week.

* Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including potential overtime, in response to severe weather or business needs.

* Provide your own office supplies necessary for the role.

* Comply with all corporate policies, including those related to electronic communications and equipment usage.

* Meet established performance metrics, including quality monitoring, consistent with on-site associates.

* A dedicated phone line with a jack accessible in your workspace.

* Availability to work during defined business hours and flexibility for scheduling based on business needs.
