This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, media execution, and financial stewardship. You will support the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns while owning critical operational workflows, including budget tracking, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with media, finance, and agency partners. This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketing operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple concurrent workstreams with precision, and brings structure, accountability, and follow-through to high-visibility brand initiatives. **About the Role** We are seeking a seasoned marketing operations professional to support the development and execution of integrated media plans across brand campaigns. This role emphasizes operational ownership, financial rigor, and cross-functional execution to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. **Key Responsibilities**
- Own the operational execution of integrated media campaigns across video, audio, outdoor, digital, mobile, and print channels.
- Manage budget trackers, purchase order (PO) requests, invoice approvals, and monthly spend forecasts; clearly communicate variances and updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with Media Managers to monitor campaign performance, participate in performance reviews, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze syndicated and proprietary data to inform media recommendations and campaign adjustments.
- Provide project management oversight for marketing deliverables, including production schedules, milestones, action items, and progress reporting.
- Facilitate creative and trafficking processes by owning spec sheets, coordinating stakeholder reviews and approvals, and managing messaging mapping.
- Support the production of marketing collateral by managing feedback cycles, revisions, and final approvals.
- Generate and compile campaign performance and reporting summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Author basic marketing editorial content as needed to support campaign objectives.
- Support the coordination and management of a technical training and certification program.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal business teams, agency partners, and finance teams.
**Must-Have Qualifications** * 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, media planning support, or integrated campaign execution, with demonstrated ownership of budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating and managing vendor contracts. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Master's degree.
* Experience working within funding programs.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies. **What Success Looks Like**
