* Translate business goals and marketing strategies into compelling, participant-facing campaigns that boost engagement and support key success metrics.

* Continuously enhance marketing and communication experiences by leveraging audience insights, competitive intelligence, data analytics, client feedback, and a test-and-learn methodology.

* Proactively and independently manage a portfolio of initiatives from conception to completion within a collaborative, matrixed, and evolving environment.

* Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders at all organizational levels to secure alignment and buy-in for marketing initiatives.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5 years of marketing or agency experience, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated industry.

* Demonstrated success in leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategic planning through execution.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* Hands-on proficiency across the full promotional mix, including digital channels, content creation, email marketing, video, social media, and paid media.

* A data-curious and analytical mindset, highly skilled in utilizing marketing data, insights, and A/B testing to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions that enhance participant outcomes.

* Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.

* Strong project management and organizational skills.

* A proactive and effective change agent, adept at championing new ideas and guiding partners to embrace change.
