  • Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and deal discipline through deep adoption of MEDDPICC.
  • Deliver or exceed the $14M annual bookings target.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a highperforming enterprise sales team, raising expectations around accountability, execution, and win rates.
  • Personally lead complex strategic deal cycles, from executive alignment through negotiation and contract signature.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Product Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to orchestrate endtoend wins.
  • Build and expand trusted executive relationships within enterprise accounts-especially across the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) sector.
  • Evangelize the company's ERP portfolio, articulating differentiated value across cloud and onpremise offerings.
  • Communicate AIdriven business outcomes and operational efficiencies to senior business and technical audiences.
  • Maintain strong command of territory planning, account strategy, and partner ecosystems.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of enterprise ERP sales experience with consistent success closing complex, highvalue deals.
  • 10+ years of ERP sales leadership, including building and scaling highperforming teams.
  • 15+ years of experience selling into the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) industry.
  • Recent tenure at a leading ERP or SaaS company (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday).
  • Proven ability to close $1M-$5M deals across both new logo and expansion motions.
  • MEDDPICC certification with handson experience operationalizing the framework.
  • Experience with workforce management solutions (e.g., Replicon) is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional business and financial acumen; formal business education preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence Csuite and boardlevel stakeholders.
  • Expert command of enterprise forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection.
  • Thrives in fastpaced, highpressure environments with significant revenue responsibility.
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft; Allego experience is a plus.
  • Pragmatic, competitive, resilient, and consistently focused on winning.
