As an Access Control Officer in a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, track visitors and deliveries, and support a smooth flow of traffic. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with team members and site leadership. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an industrial manufacturing location, including access control at gates and/or entry points.
• Verify employee, contractor, and visitor identification and authorization; issue temporary credentials as directed and maintain accurate access logs and visitor records.
• Screen and route incoming deliveries, service providers, and truck traffic per post orders, coordinating with site contacts for entry approvals, dock assignments, and/or staging instructions.
• Respond to alarms, access control exceptions, and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner; document actions taken and notify site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report hazards, damage, and/or suspicious activity per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
