Shift: 6:00 AM -4:30 PM, Monday -Thursday | Fridays 6:00 AM -2:30 PM

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational-technical or job-related education preferred
• Two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical and electronic schematics and diagrams
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical blueprints
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly techniques
• Ability to apply technical skills effectively in a production and manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical parts and electrical systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and safely move, rig, and transport equipment
• Willingness to use required personal protective equipment and work in moderate to loud industrial environments

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, test, repair, and package electrical and mechanical components and systems for robotic and factory automation equipment
• Build production and prototype assemblies in accordance with engineering requirements, schedules, and quality standards
• Evaluate standard and special-order components during assembly to ensure fitness for use and report discrepancies through the company quality system
• Organize, plan, and execute assigned tasks and workflow using effective verbal and written communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality, delivery, and production objectives
• Support supervisors and lead personnel with departmental planning and coordination to meet productivity, quality, and delivery goals
• Follow ISO procedures, work instructions, documentation standards, and all safety and housekeeping requirements
• Recommend improvements to quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Travel to customer facilities as needed to assist with system installation and start-up activities
