**What You'll Do:**

As a key support to the digital merchandising team, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations, contributing significantly to product launches and online content management. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and optimizing product representation across all digital touchpoints.

* Collaborate closely with brands and the Digital Merchandising team to manage deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring the timely receipt of accurate assets and product samples.

* Proactively manage updates to existing online product pages, working with brands to optimize content for conversion and maintain up-to-date information.

* Partner with the product production team on all product page and site updates, assisting in the creative review process for digital placements within the brand portfolio to ensure accurate product representation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* College Degree.

* 1-2 years of experience in merchandising and/or the retail or consumer goods industry.

* Demonstrated e-commerce experience.

* Highly savvy with systems, eager to learn and proficient in daily use of new platforms.

* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

* Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

* Proven ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel.

* Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities.

* Adaptability to change and a proactive approach to process improvements.

* Experience in cross-functional team communication and project management, including project kick-offs and launches.

* Ability to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve cross-functional processes.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with leading retail brands.
