Case Manager - Tax Resolution \| Onsite \| Full-Time Are you a detaildriven professional who thrives on helping people navigate challenging financial situations? A fastgrowing tax relief company is seeking a Case Manager to support clients through the tax resolution process and oversee a small team of case workers. With sales volume rapidly increasing, we're expanding our operations to meet demand and continue delivering toptier service. What You'll Do Client Case Management * Conduct client consultations and gather all necessary financial documentation * Assess eligibility for tax relief programs and explain available options * Serve as the primary point of contact, providing updates, guidance, and reassurance throughout the process Collaboration & Strategy * Work closely with internal tax and legal teams to develop effective resolution strategies * Prepare and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies Team Leadership * Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of case workers * Support workflow, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high-quality standards Organization & FollowThrough * Track progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely followup on all cases Tech & Tools * CRM experience strongly preferred * Ideal candidates have experience with IRSfocused systems such as: * IRSLogics (strong preference) * IRS Solutions * Ledger CRM * PitBullTax What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred but not required) * 3+ years of experience in case management or tax resolution (preferred) * Excellent communication, organizational, and timemanagement skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software Why You'll Love Working Here * Strong opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company * Supportive and collaborative office culture * Fun workplace perks including office parties and a massage therapist every other Friday * Work onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm * Join a closeknit team of 5 Why This Role is Open Business is booming.
