Type: Contracttohire; ~640 contract hours (about 16 weeks) before potential conversion Location: Onsite at 5025 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 1) Role Overview This role keeps home loans moving by setting up base files, reviewing income and asset documents, and checking credit reports against clear policies and procedures. It exists to ensure files are accurate, compliant, and ready for the next step. Great fit for: People who are detaildriven, comfortable with numbers/data entry, and like following welldefined SOPs in tools like Encompass. 2) What You'll Be Doing * Set up loan files and complete loanstructure tasks in the Encompass LOS * Review income docs (W2s, pay stubs) and asset statements for acceptability per policy * Analyze credit reports and record findings * Crosscheck policies/procedures to make the right accept/decline call on documents * Perform accurate data entry/10key to keep files clean, consistent, and auditready 3) What Success Looks Like * Accuracy: Documents accepted/declined correctly with minimal rework * Speed & organization: Complete, ontime file setup and updates in Encompass * Reliability: You follow SOPs, surface questions early, and keep stakeholders informed 4) Requirements MustHave (nonnegotiable): * Experience reviewing credit reports and working with income/asset documentation (W2s, pay stubs, bank statements) * Ability to interpret and apply written policies and procedures * Onsite availability in Carrollton, TX (Mon-Fri, 8-5) NicetoHave (teachable/optional): * Encompass experience * Around 2 years of prior loan processing or similar mortgage operations experience * Strong 10key/data entry and basic reporting comfort 7) Pay, Schedule & Logistics * Pay: $23 per hour * Pay type: Hourly (during contract) * Bonuses (after conversion): $2,500 quarterly bonus potential once permanent * Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (onsite) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX.
