Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, International is a key member of the Loyalty team, reporting to the Manager, Intl. Co-brand and Loyalty program, this role supports the development and execution of JetBlue's international TrueBlue growth initiatives, with a focus on strategy, insights, program enablement, and partnership support. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in shaping international program expansion, evaluating customer benefits and engagement, and partnering cross-functionally to drive enrollment and usage. This role works closely with the International Co-brand Senior Analyst to ensure financial products and partnerships are fully enabled within the TrueBlue program and aligned to international growth objectives. Essential Responsibilities:
- Continuously evaluate international TrueBlue performance, enrollment, member behavior, and engagement trends, and translate quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable strategic insights
- Lead the development and execution of the International TrueBlue strategy, including market expansion, localization, and partner integration
- Support the development and maintenance of the international TrueBlue strategy and multi-year expansion roadmap, including market prioritization, localization approaches, and phased rollout planning
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Digital, Sales, International Operations, Airports, and Loyalty Benefits & Engagement to support international enrollment and engagement initiatives
- Analyze customer benefits across international markets, including earn, burn, tier value, and partner value propositions, to inform program enhancements
- Support program management and execution of the Mastercard Caribbean partnership from a loyalty and program enablement perspective, including coordination of initiatives and related projects
- Identify and assess new partnership opportunities in international markets that support TrueBlue growth, including local merchants, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners
- Collaborate with internal Partnerships teams to transition vetted opportunities for further development, negotiation, and execution
- Support the expansion of international earn-and-burn opportunities through partnerships and program enhancements
- Develop insights to inform diaspora and remittances-related engagement strategies, including corridor analysis and opportunity sizing
- Partner closely with the International Co-brand Senior Analyst to ensure co-brand products are fully enabled within the TrueBlue program and reflected in international acquisition and engagement strategies
- Define, compile, analyze, track and distribute international TrueBlue KPIs and reporting, supporting alignment across the Loyalty teams on how program performance is measured
- Own competitive and benchmark intelligence for international loyalty programs to inform program design, benefit valuation, and market prioritization
- Assist in the development of executive-ready materials, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders

MinimumExperience andQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of relevant experience
- Three (3) years of experience in loyalty, marketing, analytics, partnerships, or airline-related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and customer data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Spanish professional fluency required
- Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Currently in possession of a valid passport or equivalent travel in and out of the United States

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $66,000.00 and $103,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
