Business Systems Analyst College Co-Op

Job Description Summary

AAM is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill our Business Systems Analyst Co-op position. This position will report up through the Sales team at our Detroit Business Office located in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, good attention to detail, and knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Job Description:

  • Support the sales team with pricing, forecasting, and budget analysis.

  • Create reports on pricing and sales volume, review budget files for accuracy, and organize data.

  • Research and discuss pricing issues with the sales team.

  • Help with data entry for new products, price changes, and engineering updates.

  • Participate in meetings to address pricing concerns and find solutions.

  • Review customer contracts and assist with pricing updates in Oracle.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

  • Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program (sophomore standing or higher) pursuing Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Availability to work 30-40 hours/week while attending classes.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.

  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
