Defining problems, conducting and narrowing research, analyzing criteria, finding, analyzing and applying solutions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities



  • Develop, document, and implement test processes and procedures, places an emphasis on automation and efficiency.
  • Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, data, integration) leveraging modern tools and design patterns such as BDD, modular frameworks, self-healing locators, and cloud-based execution.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and accelerate reusable components that support continuous testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality checks, automated gating, and rapid feedback across the SDLC.
  • Participate in quality teams to support quality disciplines, decisions, and practices.
  • Provide measurable contributions by working on teams across development and data engineering systems and applications.
  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • 5+ years of work experience beyond degree


Preferred Qualifications



  • Professional automation testing experience
  • Demonstrated use of quality tools/methodologies
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, or similar), SQL, and cloud-based application development.
  • Leverage AI/ML-based tools for intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, predictive quality analytics, and auto-triage of defects.
  • Advanced computer skills, including statistical/data analysis and technical report writing
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Healthcare industry experience desired
  • Certified Quality Engineer Accreditation is desired


This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.

The full salary grade for this position is $88,800 - $152,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $88,800 - $133,245. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
