The incumbent may perform a variety of functions which will likely include coordinating new hire training, updating and maintaining training matrixes, performing qualification / re-qualification processes, and updating training records. This position is responsible for maintaining the current electronic training system (e.g. LMS) and training others in the efficient use of same. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: * Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. * Coordinate and administer the onboarding training program for new hires. * Administrate and maintain Training Curricula and Training Records. * Support and maintain training matrices and use to prioritize training needs. * Administrate and maintain the Learning Management System. * Support the organization by preparing operations functional training curricula for the New Products area or for the production line. * Coordinate and carry out training for operational and regulatory affairs for all personnel if required. * Administrate and monitor training compliance of Contractors. * Coordinate and prepare information related to training for external agencies. * Provide support on the training area during audits/inspections. * Prepare training reports for the organizational performance related reporting. * Coordinate and maintain the training area resources (equipment and material). * Provide training programs as required. * Communicate to the next management level any situation related to the company. * Provide the company with training systems so all environmental, safety and health regulations established by federal, state, and local laws are adhered to (in partnership with in-house SME's). * Administrate the department expenses and generates purchase orders. * Performs other duties as required. Education & Experience: * Minimum Education: Technical Studies or Unfinished Studies (2+ years) * Minimum Experience: 4 to 6 years on Training systems preferably Knowledge & Skills: * Special Skills: Able to communicate in English orally and writing Presentation Skills Knowledge on Software Communications Skills * Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge on GMPs/ISO/LMS Knowledge on Planning of Cross Training Knowledge on Training Systems (preferably) Training Coordinator Salary: $43,500- $63,800 Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
