Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our Shiner, TX and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX! This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of July 2026. Relocation and travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed. Maintenance Scheduler/Planner Our Maintenance Scheduler/Planners work with Maintenance leadership to identify priority, scope, safety and resource prerequisites, and scheduling requirements of work orders. They ensure CMMS is managed closely and utilized to its full potential and are responsible for adhering to Lippert core values, safety guidelines, and lean initiatives. As necessary they request support from other Maintenance leadership and Maintenance technicians. All Maintenance positions support operations and production first, when necessary. Responsibilities

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time hourly position, and hours of work and days are based upon the need to support operations and production. Some Saturdays will be mandatory.
