The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the senior HR leadership team. This role enables the team by managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting HR initiatives. The position requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational capability, and the ability to operate confidently in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Calendar Management: Managing busy, high-stakes, and conflicting calendars; proactively prioritizing items
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinating complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and expense reporting
  • Formatting documents, reports, organizational charts, and presentations using MS Office, Google Workspace, or AI tools. Serve as a trusted administrative partner, handling sensitive and confidential HR information with the highest level of discretion
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure leaders are prepared, informed, and focused on strategic outcomes
  • Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Coordinate with Executive Assistants across the enterprise to align schedules, meetings, and communications
  • Project Coordination: Assisting with special projects, meeting planning, and organizing meetings and events
  • Maintaining strict discretion regarding sensitive company information, such as personnel or financial matters. Serve as a trusted administrative partner, handling sensitive and confidential HR information with the highest level of discretion
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Professional supporting executive or leadership-level teams
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting executive communications
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc)
Your Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
