Electrician | Day Shift

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Install and test electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.

• Install wireways, conduits, and cable trays in accordance with NEC requirements and customer specifications.

• Perform simple utility wire connections and understand electrical circuits.

• Read blueprints and perform conduit threading.

• Ensure tools are in good working condition.

• Train and mentor employees on your shift.

• Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe environment.

• Prevent workplace injuries by following safety protocols and attending safety meetings.

YOU HAVE:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• 3 years of experience or more preferred

• Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints.

• Electrical wiring and cable routing experience

• Prior experience in panel, switchgear, and equipment installation

• Vocational/technical degree in electricity or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).

• Experience with commercial and industrial equipment, MCCs, substation switchgear, and variable frequency drives.
