Program Overview TheIGNITE Graduate Development Programis designed to launch your career as a technology consultant within Atos. You will gain hands-on experience across modern application development, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, user experience design, quality assurance,AI-enabled solutions,and agile delivery and program management,while working on real client engagements alongside experienced consultants. Graduates will either rotate through or specialize in key capability areas based on interests, strengths, and business needs, building both strong technical foundations and core consulting skills. AI Tools & Innovation at Atos As part of IGNITE, you will gain exposure toAI-powered tools and solutionsthat enhance productivity and accelerate delivery. Graduates are encouraged to explore how AI can improve development efficiency, user experience, testing effectiveness, and overall solution quality. WhatWe'reLooking For Recent graduates or upcoming graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields Strong preference for candidates located in the Chicagoland area.
