Job Summary

Interprets business needs and develops advanced systems solutions that enhance operational performance and strategic alignment. Works independently with minimal guidance, leveraging deep expertise in business systems and process optimization to solve complex problems. Serves as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues and contributes to long-term systems strategy. Maintains a steady career path marked by specialization, autonomy, and consistent high-value contributions to enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assesses enterprise system performance and scalability, guiding initiatives that align with strategic business goals and ensure long-term platform reliability.
  • Directs individuals to implement advanced system enhancements and operational improvements across departments, coordinating priorities and timelines.
  • Develops more complex configurations, reports, and data models to support decision-making, operational forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Implements processes to streamline end-user workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure adherence to compliance and governance protocols.
  • Improves integration between systems and functional units by constructing automation frameworks and business logic that scale with organizational growth.
  • Confers with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams to align technology solutions with strategic plans and stakeholder priorities.
  • Interprets evolving business requirements into scalable technical solutions that support growth and respond to market demands and regulatory needs.
  • Coaches junior analysts and cross-functional team members in advanced tools, data visualization techniques, and configuration standards.
  • Helps establish and implement onboarding, documentation, and support structures that promote knowledge transfer and reduce operational risk.

  • Required Education & Experience

    Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

    Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

    Preferred Education & Experience

    Minimum Education Level: Master's degree

    Licenses/Certificates: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or certifications in enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
