Interprets business needs and develops advanced systems solutions that enhance operational performance and strategic alignment. Works independently with minimal guidance, leveraging deep expertise in business systems and process optimization to solve complex problems. Serves as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues and contributes to long-term systems strategy. Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Master's degree Licenses/Certificates: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or certifications in enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Spans of Control
