FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) is a premier commercial lending and loan servicing solution that enables timely decision-making, reduces operating costs, improves data quality and delivers advanced analytics.

What you will be doing

We're seeking a proactive and adaptable Agile Product Owner to support and enhance our classic CLS Servicing application.

In this role, you'll own and prioritize the product backlog, define clear requirements, and guide the delivery of features, enhancements, and fixes in an Agile environment. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, align with business objectives, and contribute to the long-term vision of the platform.

Alongside core PO responsibilities, you'll also support operational and environment-related activities that are essential to our team's workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, technically curious, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on problem solving as we continue our modernization and Agile transformation.

Core Product Owner Duties

  • Manage and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Write or facilitate the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics.

  • Review reported issues to confirm validity and determine required action.

  • Create Jira tickets and ensure accurate assignment and tracking.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Conduct PI/Release planning, supporting sequencing and dependency management.

  • Test and validate completed work items to ensure compliance with acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with CX to assess and prioritize fix requests.

  • Prepare and publish release notes for each release cycle.

  • Present quarterly PI goals and conduct quarterly feature demonstrations.

Team-Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide daily problem-solving support and direct inquiries to appropriate resources.

  • Coordinate development and test environment provisioning and setup.

  • Direct or perform environment checkouts as needed.

  • Maintain platform configuration documentation.

  • Serve as backup Scrum Master when required.

  • Support audit-related requests and documentation.

  • Participate in Manager-on-Call rotation as assigned.

What you bring

  • Working knowledge and functional experience ofFIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) application.

  • Ability to travel 10%

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks.

  • Strong requirements documentation, communication, and prioritization skills.

  • Experience with Jira, SDLC or equivalent work management tools.

Bonus if you have

  • Professional Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, PO/PM).

  • Experience working with technical environments, QA, and configuration management.

The pay range for this full-time position is $0.00 - $999,999,999.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
