2nd Shift Filler Operator Hours: 3pm to 1:30am Monday through Thursday Pay: $18.75/hour Summary of Position: Performs all duties associated with filler and filtering equipment, quality checks, equipment and area sanitation/housekeeping, and equipment care. Will train other operators and other duties as assigned by the shift manager or area lead. This position will impact the food safety and quality of our product- the employee must work with food safety and quality in mind. Duties and Responsibilities: Learns and complies with area HOUSEKEEPING requirements - during shift and shift hand off. Area of responsibility will include the following but whenever or wherever in the plant help maintain housekeeping: Performs quality checks to ensure quality of product going into bottles Verifies bottle fill level meets requirements Verifies cap application meets requirements Verifies product color matches standard Start up and shutdown of all fillers Fault recognition and jam clearance Line 1 coder basic operation Product changeover - Flavor change, product-to-product, product to water, water -to-product
