Job Description:

This is an exciting chance to join FormFactor's newest manufacturing startup in Farmers Branch, Texas, where we're building acutting-edge operation backed by the strength and stability of a global semiconductor leader. Texas is rapidly becoming one of thefastest growing semiconductor hubs in the U.S., and you'll be at the heart of that growth-helping hire the skilled frontline talent that will power our new facility.

You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce, building pipelines forhigh-volume, nonexempt hiring, and delivering abest-in-class candidate experience. If you lovefast paced environments,hands on sourcing, and the energy of a startup with the backing of a stable company, this role is for you.

The Recruiter is responsible for executinghigh volume sourcing & recruiting strategies and delivering top talent for nonexempt, frontline, and skilled manufacturing roles. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating, and guiding candidates through the selection and offer process while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues. This role is instrumental in enabling the successfulramp up of our Farmers Branch operation.

Key Responsibilities:

High VolumeRecruiting & Candidate Pipelines

  • Manageend-to-end recruiting for nonexempt roles such as production operators, equipment technicians, materials handlers, and other skilled labor positions.

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of manufacturing talent through proactive sourcing, job fairs, community partnerships, and digital outreach.

  • Conducthigh-volume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Proactive Sourcing for Skilled Labor

  • Source frontline talent using job boards, social media, grassroots channels, local technical programs, and industry communities.

  • Develop & deepen relationships with regional workforce boards, trade schools, community colleges, and veteran's organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.

  • Identify sourcing gaps and propose creative solutions for attracting specialized or hard to find skill sets.

Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.

  • Provide updates, insights, and recommendations to build alignment on recruiting strategies and timelines.

  • Coordinate interviews and hiring processes to ensure smooth execution.

Candidate Experience & Process Excellence

  • Deliver a welcoming, transparent, and timely experience for all candidates.

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and support data integrity for reporting.

  • Adhere to FormFactor policies, hiring compliance, and equitable employment practices.

Startup Support & SiteRamp Up

  • Support in-person hiring events, onboarding days, and recruiting logistics needed for site launch and workforce expansion.

  • Adapt quickly to changing needs in a highgrowth startup environment while maintaining professionalism and service excellence.
