Your Tasks

  • Provide daily technical support for onsite and remote users across the Americas Region, covering hardware, software, and phone system inquiries.
  • Manage enduser devices, including setup, rollout, upgrades, and accurate hardware/software inventory tracking.
  • Identify and resolve security issues promptly, including virus and malware monitoring and the implementation of necessary fixes.
  • Support IT projects from planning through completion and collaborate with other IT team members to ensure service continuity.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for selected internal applications and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing timely updates, clear documentation, and professional customer service.
  • Align local IT requirements with corporate IT strategy, including contributing to budgeting for equipment and maintenance needs.


Your Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in enduser support within a Microsoft server and multiplatform environment.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and basic server administration utilities.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through on assignments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly.
  • Selfmotivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Preferred:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • Experience with cabling systems, Vonage, Bomgar Remote Support tools, or help desk ticketing systems.
    • Experience providing IT support across multiple sites or regions.
    • Experience supporting hardware installations or endpoint equipment rollouts.

Additional Information


  • The anticipated hourly base pay range for this full-time position is $29/hour - $33/hour. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
