The Electric Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the electric grid's reliability and resiliency through the ongoing maintenance and operations of PG&E's 100,000 miles of distribution lines and over 18,000 miles of Transmission lines. Position Summary This job is represented by Engineers and Scientists of California (ESC) and is subject to collective bargaining. The EGI Contract Manager is responsible for the management of generation interconnection contracts and contractual obligations. This position works with EGI Interconnection Managers and the project execution team to ensure contractual milestones, including engineering, procurement and construction milestones are met. This is an onsite position in Oakland, CA. PG&E is providing the hourly rate that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This position is subject to collectively bargained hourly wage rates and increases. The starting wage rate for this position is $42.70 per hour. This wage rate is specific to the locality of the job. The wage rate is based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.
