OUR OPENING Journey Group is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead construction operations across office and field teams. Reporting to the President, this executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, safety, consistency, and profitability across all projects. You will partner closely with Preconstruction, Business Development, and leadership teams to ensure strong alignment from planning through execution while building scalable systems and a strong learning culture.
