Responsibilities: * Develop functional requirements as needed that are based on customer needs/specifications. * Define and implement methodologies for determination of requirements. * Collaborate with specialists across various teams to validate requirement definition and coherency. * Work with partners and customers to understand new features and translate them into internal requirements that can be implemented by design/engineering team. * Build and maintain requirement repositories, and collaborate with development, engineering and testing teams to create traceability from requirements to testing to implementation. * Coordinate the Requirements Management work to ensure it follows internal and external norms and regulations. * Guide the development of test cases and test procedures that verify the requirements and assist in identifying test methods that successfully assess functionality against requirements. * Ensure end-to-end traceability of all artifacts including requirements, code and test. Qualifications: * TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to pass a polygraph) * Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience * Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category Travel Requirements:
