We're expanding our Telecommunications Construction organization and are seeking experienced Project Managers who excel at delivering complex, highimpact telecom infrastructure initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of key projects-from fiber builds and wireless installations to major network modernization efforts. You'll ensure that each project is delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with rigorous quality and safety standards. Together, you'll coordinate crossfunctional teams, streamline project workflows, and support a culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Champion and uphold Ledcor's safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites

  • Lead or support the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds

  • Manage or contribute to risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle

  • Participate in or lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities

  • Oversee or assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies

  • Support or lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

  • Negotiate or support contract execution and change order management

  • Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Four to six years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds

  • Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

  • Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus
