Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Computer and Information Systems Analyst (Junior) to support the Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems Program Office (PMA-273). PMA-273 is responsible for managing the aircraft, simulators, and associated systems that support the U.S. Navy's undergraduate pilot training pipeline. As a Computer and Information Systems Analyst, you will be a key member in support of the PMA-273 Readiness Cell, responsible for collecting and analyzing information to support the optimization of aircraft lifecycle logistics. You will assist the team in evaluating data, preparing documentation, and conducting research to enhance aircraft availability and operational readiness. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual with 0-3 years of experience who is eager to develop a career in data analysis and Integrated Product Team support.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and organize information from various sources, including maintenance records, supply chain data, and operational metrics, to support analysis and evaluation.

Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing reports, specifications, and system documents that detail findings on aircraft availability, reliability, and maintenance trends. Help develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to provide stakeholders with a clear view of key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Technical Research: Conduct technical research on component and system performance to determine the feasibility and impact of potential maintenance actions or upgrades.
  • Problem Solving: Support senior analysts in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on supply chain disruptions and conducting degrader calculations for Work Unit Codes (WUCs) to identify and address emerging issues.
  • Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, deliver presentations on findings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support proactive problem-solving initiatives.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Technical or Scientific Associate of Science (AS) or Associate of Arts (AA) degree is required.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and evaluating information.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
    • Must hold a current DoD secret clearance or higher.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools or database query languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
    • Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or maintenance principles.

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
