Job Title: Operations Analyst Location(s): Austin, TX (Hybrid: 2 days per week, typically Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday) Overview The Operations Analyst - Hiring Project Coordinator supports the Engineering Operations Hiring Team by executing day-to-day operational activities that move hiring approval requests and related workflows forward. This role ensures data accuracy, documentation completeness, and timely communication in alignment with established hiring processes. The coordinator works under the direction of the Hiring Process Lead and partners closely with Engineering Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Process new hiring intake requests daily, ensuring all required data is complete, accurate, and validated.
- Review active requests to identify and execute next required actions, preventing delays or missed steps.
- Submit approval requests promptly and maintain real-time accuracy in hiring trackers and reporting files.
- Ensure all communications follow established guidelines and maintain professional, timely engagement with stakeholders.
- Prepare materials, summaries, and updates for weekly hiring review meetings.
- Complete assigned reconciliations within defined timelines and according to provided guidelines.
- Conduct proactive audits of hiring records to identify, flag, and help resolve potential issues.
- Produce ad hoc reports and analyses as requested.
- Escalate overdue or blocked items daily to prevent workflow bottlenecks.
- Provide feedback and insights to support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in data operations, reporting, coordination, or analyst roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Workday, and Adaptive Planning preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow WFM and/or Magnit platforms is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Target experience level: 2+ years.
Work Hours:
- Central Time Zone preferred.
