Psychiatrist - Virtual with Mercy

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to provide virtual inpatient behavioral health care as part of a mission-driven healthcare system dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Mercy Behavioral Health:

• Conduct daily virtual rounding on adult psychiatric inpatients
• Develop and adjust treatment plans in partnership with onsite interdisciplinary teams
• Be available to address emergent needs and provide clinical leadership during your shift
• Occasionally provide virtual consults for inpatient medical teams

This position offers:

• 7 days on / 7 days off rotating schedule
• 10-hour shifts during working weeks
• Fully remote with robust tech and administrative support
• Consistent caseload with a strong focus on continuity of care

Compensation & Support:

• $190/hour
• Extensive operational, clinical, and technological support
