Position: Nursing Supervisor Department: Nursing Float Schedule: 36 Hours, Evenings/Nights (Mix of 8s and 12s), Rotating Weekends Position Summary: The Nursing Supervisor is a professional nurse who is responsible for coordination and supervision of patient care on multiple nursing units and departments on the evening, night, and weekend shifts. He/she works closely with Clinical Managers and others to ensure that high quality, timely service is provided to all patients. Responsibilities:

Compensation Range: $43.51- $63.22This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
