Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Columbia, SC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Mail pickup.
  • Sorting drop-off by mailing address.
  • Scanning documents.
  • Resolving associated exceptions and tasks.
  • Visually validate data captured via automation to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize UBK training to capture utility invoice data per established processes manually, capturing summary or detailed charge and usage line items.
  • Participate in reevaluating current processes and offer suggestions to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Complete assigned tasks per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mail handling or document processing.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • 10-key by touch; minimum 8,000 keystrokes per hour with less than 3% error rate.
  • Good initiative, confidence, and willingness to learn and recover from mistakes.
  • Excellent time management, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Good research and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
